I bought a belt in Wood Green branch which worn out in less than two weeks. When I brought it back for a refund, they told me there is nothing they can do. They said they’re not authorised to give me a refund… and offered me half price for a new one which is an absolute joke!m. Don’t buy anything there as it will only last a couple of weeks (if not less!!!) and you’re gonna waste your time going to claim your rights. Totally incompetent assistant of manager topped it up - it took her 10 minutes to even come out from the back to tell me she can’t do anything cause

Just a scam of a shop, Meadowhall store especially, bought two pairs of jeans for £30, zips busted on both after a few weeks, lost receipt but had the card transaction on my banking app. Still sold the pairs of jeans in store that I wanted to return. As I had no receipt they wouldnt do anything to help, no exchanges or store credit offered,… apparently no store manager was present that day, so store was left in charge by two 18 year old 🤷🏻♂️ emailed their head office and was told they don’t deal with the stores and to go back and talk to a store

A bit of a late review but Lockdown has got me bored so why not start reviewing places! Amazing Blue Inc branch which boasts sales! Honestly, there are sales year round in Blue Inc branches and there are so many hidden gems to be found! The clothes are absolutely gorgeous and of excellent quality for the price you pay. You will be bewildered by the amount of red labels there are and your not going to buy 1 thing your going to buy 20 different items of clothing here! Excellent high street brand for younger people as everything Blue Inc sell are tailored to suit younger men. I received excellent

Theives. Won't refund current stock that doesn't fit. No manager in store to discuss this appalling refund policy. Messaged and emailed and as of yet no response. I now have a worthless credit note for £30 which my husband will struggle to use. Don't shop here unless you want to throw your money away.

Loacted just before the green escaltor which takes you into West Orchards.
Blue inc has a large store which is of one level only but has very high ceilings, making it appear larger than it is.
Blue inc sells all kind of t shirts, long sleeved shirts, Smart shirts and jeans and trousers.
aLL IN ALL GREAT PRICES FOR THE QUALITY OF THE STUFF THEY Sell. Staff are generally helpful but could be a bit more forthcoming, as this would help the store a bit more.
