I have nothing but praise for Karwood Properies having experience some really terrible service during renting. They have a great manager, Bill Narwal, who iss well clued up on the rental market do's, donts, cant & wonts..I found Bill Narwal & staff very reliable,professional, friendly and patient - I never felt rushed..
I could go on abouat the service I received for ages, but breifly,from the onset, I was given sound advice which included delaing with an 'awkward' tenant,

Buying and selling your home is undoubtedly one of the most stressful events in your life but in the capable hands of Gopal and Bill, it’s guaranteed to be a lot easier. I had previously sold my property twice through Karwood’s but due to personal circumstances I wasn’t able to complete. Some would say it was third time lucky but I’d say it was due to the hard work and determination on Gopal and Bill’s part that ensured I was able to complete my sale. I was given a realistic valuation by Bill instead of the over inflated valuation most agencies will give you just to secure the business

We have found Karwood to be very professional and responsive with their services. I bought my property 3 years ago through Karwood and since then they have been maintaining it well. I have done business with Karwood Properties 7 years ago. Their service and professionalism is top class. I bought my property from them and then let it out with them, for 3 years. Subsequently I moved in for 3 years and then re let it with the assistance of Bill and Gopul last summer and the whole experience was dealt with perfectly from the beginning.
