First time using Jays Tree Care, I was very impressed with the team who turned up. They were very professional, polite and there communication was on point. My apple tree was looking very old, tired, unloved and overgrown. NOW!!!! it looks young, vibrant and full of life, as it had a good cut and trim, by professionals. Thank you so much. Jays Team cut down and removed a 70 foot Eucalyptus in my garden today. This was a really technically difficult job due to fence boundaries and neighbours buildings.
Professionally very competent and a fair price.
Also every single member of the team was incredibly polite and courteous through a long and physically demanding days work.
I cannot recommend Jays enough.

Jay was very quick to call me back and we made an appointment for a week later. He was a little late on the day, but kept me informed well in advance. I'm very happy with the work that was done and the resulting look of the tree that was pruned. They were very particular and did a great job on clearing up afterwards. Also, they were very friendly, helpful and polite. I would definitely use them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them.
