My name is Ilsa. I'm based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, and work with clients from across the world - currently from the UK, Europe and the United States. Before starting as a freelance copy-editor and copywriter in 2007, I gained experience in a load of other areas, from studying in Germany to working in different industries and countries.

I could never have imagined enjoying work as much as I do now. I take language books on holiday. I work evenings and weekends. I relish any queries and special requirements. Above all, I love helping businesses, non-profit organisations, publishers and writers to create or improve just about any type of written content.
