Very clean and tidy just ashame alot of the shop units are now not occupied. Originally coming from Sittingbourne the forum was always a busy place and all the shops occupied. Such ashame

Not a great range of shops and the centre seemed unloved and soulless. It was very quiet and parking was easy!

The Forum has a variety of shops including a charity shop, Newlook, Savers, CEX, Costa coffee, bag and shoes shop, computer repair shop, a vape shop, arts and crafts shop, a jewelery shop and a shop for random things.

Sad there are so many empty units. Clean, light and airy but maybe rents are too high. One can but hope that new traders will move in.

Nice little shopping center. Somewhat compromised due to COVID-19. Probably best for locals as not too many shops here. However, still worth a quick call if you are in the area.

Few good shops in the Forum however like most of sittingbourne it does need some money spent on it . Optometrist, Costa, the works, jewellers, savers shops all in the Forum

Write the forum. There is nothing there, shops closing well I don't know. And while leaving chops empty because the proprietors can't afford to pay the increase rents why not reduce the rents and have the forum open and vibrant by reducing the rents of the buildings. Wouldn't it be better to have the shops filled with customers rather than being empty and just lower the rent

Plenty of room to walk around as lots of empty units such a great shame. The council need to encourage new businesses into the forum. Should also make parking short term and free as parking machines were out of order when I visited ok if you have parking on your mobile. But if you haven't got it you a liable for a ticket.
