Hempstead Valley is home to over 50 retailers all under one roof, late night shopping until 8pm, free parking (for up to 6 hours) and located just minutes from the M2. Hempstead Valley is situated in the heart of the local community and boasts a strong, loyal customer base. We work closely with local community groups helping them in various ways including access to the centre to raise awareness, sponsorship of local Hempstead events and support for their fundraising activities.
Space is available in a number of prominent, high footfall areas within the centre on a weekly basis for companies wanting to carry out experiential marketing, promote their products, services and brands. The centre is home to one of the largest Sainsbury's in Kent and Medway's largest M&S with a Food Hall.
Hempstead Valley is wheelchair friendly, with shops, restaurants and main entrances fully accessible at ground floor level. M&S, Sainsbury's and TK Maxx trade over two floors with the 1st floors being accessed either by lift or stairs (M&S additionally has escalators). Sainsbury's Cafe and M&S Cafe are both located on the first floor.

I went today as had some time to fill whilst in the area , well it was lovely , had some breakfast in the Sainsbury’s there and it was delicious, I don’t know the lady that was doing the table service today but she was just so lovely , you’d of thought we were in a restaurant, credit where it due . Shops were good and the Sainsbury’s supermarket was brilliant 🤩 I will definitely go back 👍🏻

Redevelopment continues so still some disruption but now the changes to Sainsbury’s seem to be complete, it’s a nicer shopping experience!
A good range of shops (mostly high street chains) and places to eat, parking is free and it’s easy to find. I feel safe within the shopping centre and it’s clean and has nice toilets!

Thank you so much to Father Christmas and his brilliant Elves. Father Christmas shocked us all with his knowledge of ventriloquism and the ventriloquists of the UK, when my daughter asked for a dummy for Christmas. They were all so happy and chatted with us while waiting and were happy to answer the constant flow of math sums my daughters gave them. The staff are a credit to the store. This was my first time visiting and will be back. Thank you.

What a fantastic day .... went to bank to pay check in and ended up on a dinosaur adventure... then m and s they now have kids shopping trolleys.. my 8 year old asd thought it was amazing.. and my 7 year old… daughter as well... made it so much easier they shopped for dinner .. even had small bag each for there shopping... lovely time ty hv
