I help people feel good about themselves again by helping them have more energy, look better in their favourite clothes, move more freely so they can do everything better and have the confidence to do everything they dream of. The Breaking 3 challenge is on! The first part of my training has gone really well and I'm running quicker than I was expecting.

Before Christmas I began running but had to give up. Some years ago I broke my ankle and it hadn't felt 'right' since. I had attended physiotherapy but still my ankle didn't feel 'right'. The exercises Steve showed me to do has helped and now I am out running every other day, building strength and stamina. Thanks Steve - I now look forward to reaching my goal of running 5k.
