For a company that prides itself on service and customer care, UK telecom managed to have my broadband working for one week of my time in France over two years. Appalling service and even worse follow up care. I was offered no refunds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Zero stars but it won't let me post a review with no stars so a completely undeserved one star. You could end up paying £1000 for one week of broadband

Appalling service since being taken over, they have no idea what they are doing and give faulse information. Like many others my service was cut off and never came back, even after waiting months. Since then I have cancelled my contact and they still owe me a reimbursement which hasn't been paid to date.

Do not trust this company, why cant you leave a minus rating ?, probably because there is no score low enough to describe this company, read the other reviews. We were totally stranded by this company having lost all phone and internet service in rural France. Despite emails and non answered phone calls we had no option but to switch providers. Use this company at your peril they are that BAD.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Cut off all internet in both French properties with no notice. Horrific way to try to run a company. Their answer was - well just cancel your contract and go elsewhere. We have of course cancelled but now have to wait until 10 Jul for new internet to start. Nowadays, cannot earn money or run a holiday home without internet. Disgraceful.

Problem after problem, all since change of company. No Internet over the Christmas period which lasted for a month, Over charged payment being taken from bank €81.One month later I get it back. No Internet for 5 weeks and still issue not resolved, yet they say have sent a new modem out to me that was 12 days ago. Customer service unprofessional , No updated calls returned as promised to let me know about my issues. But happy to charge me for the service. Not answering calls now. One unhappy customer

I have spent the past few weeks trying to sort my parents Internet issues as they have had no Internet for weeks they would ring Company spend hours trying to be told busy will ring back input number then told sorry you're outside the UK can't ring the whole idea is its for people living in France. Finally after me emailing on their behalf we have cancelled contract as due to switch over by UK telecom teething problems likely to be few weeks still.

Got an email to say due to price issues they would be changing from SFR to Orange and it could take up to 14 days to do so,but further information would be sent,then suddenly on a tuesday afternoon lost phone and internet.Tried to phone but only number showing turned out to be an O2 mobile number! then found original landline number which when rung and answered gave a message saying you will be called back when you reach the head of the queue,never got a call! Emailed and got no response,so emailed again to which they replied saying up to 28 days without service,and that we would not be charged

Our phone line and internet connection were suddenly cut off without warning. It would appear that, despite paying our monthly contract subscription to UK Telecom, SFR, the French supplier have not been paid by UK Telecom. This has been gleaned from the information supplied by SFR, as there is no response to messages left with UK Telecom or any answer from their call centre. Extremely unprofessional to leave customers with no communication connection. We have now transferred the business to a French telephone/internet supplier with a better level of provision, i.e., inclusive landline and mobile
