Fab service over the phone and in store.
Was allowed time to go back and forth between mattresses as I just couldn’t decide - lots of knowledge gained about mattresses and what I should be looking for and found the perfect one.
Delivery was super quick and delivered the chosen bedroom.
They would have taken all rubbish away had the room have been ready for it which was great and would have been a huge help!
Cannot fault them at all and have had over a week now of sleeping on it (as I wanted to wait to leave a solid review)
Mattress is fab and sleeping really is a dream in it. Very happy

Excellent. Friendly and professional service, have bought beds and mattresses here in the past and this locally-based family firm are my 'go to' choice. Large range and no pressure selling, giving you as much time as you need to select and compare (essential when picking a mattress). Efficient process throughout and they delivered exactly on time as scheduled (my 'window' was 8am to 11am and they arrived at 8am on-the-dot). Would recommend without hesitation, so important to support local businesses.

Went into Pronto looking for a new bed and mattress and I was very impressed with customer service received from this family run business.
We purchased a beautiful divan bed and upholstered headboard and we treated ourselves to a
Mammoth mattress. We hadn't planned to spend quiet so much on a new mattress but are so glad we did! My husband and I have had the best nights sleep in years and the mattress has really helped my husband's back problem.

Brilliant service from a family run business. We ordered a king size bed with ottoman and headboard it came on the day we moved in and the guys were fantastic. They put my bed up for me and the bed is fantastic. I have never had such a comfy bed and to have the additional storage is fabulous. Debbie and Sue in the shop were so helpful and knowledgable and helped us with our bed purchase and everyone is so friendly. Would definitely 110% recommend this company for your bed purchase. Brilliant service from this family run business. The owners mum encouraged us to spend a good half an hour sitting and laying on a bed before spending £1k on it, there was no pressure to buy. The headboard arrived with a dirt mark on it but due to late renovation work we didn’t open it and notice for a few weeks after delivery. Called the owner and she was very helpful, said it was no problem at all and immediately organised a replacement. Wonderful service, highly recommend!
