Customer service at this place is second to none.
I ordered some layers mash on Monday, which I need this weekend as I am collecting some rescue chickens.
Because I was ordering, I added another item to my order which (I hadn't realised) had the potential to delay my order. I was worried this might mean I would have nothing to feed my rescue… chickens so I emailed customer service late Monday evening explaining the situation. I received a reply Tuesday morning saying they had actually rushed out my order and it arrived this morning.

⚠️ AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAUGE TERRIBLE COMPANY ⚠️ I placed my first order with them as they were they only ones who had the kong kittycorn toy in stock still online and I wish I'd never bothered there was… no despatch email or tracking, the staff promised details of such being emailed to me 4 phone calls later they tried to blame the courier for loosing it (they would have atleast acknowledged receiving it had that been the case I deal with this particular courier ALOT) and when the replacement parcel finally turned up the items were FILTHY I know it's called
