It was a pleasure using this company for our move. They were very friendly on the phone. Explained the whole process to me from start to finish and guided us through the process. We never felt alone. The removal was near perfect as the team got there on time and got on with the job has planned. Really happy and would definitely recommend.

It's not often nowadays that a company not only delivers what they say but exceeds your expectations. I must say FA Removals did both and I can't speak highly enough of the service we received. The 4 man team turned up 30 minutes early, covered the whole house in blankets as it was raining and started loading efficiently. The men were friendly and professional all through and lifted very heavy items with ease. They finished the whole removal at 3 pm (this was a 4 bed house with lots of dismantling and assembly). I will definitely be recommending.

We moved from Yorkshire to London and decided to use a company close to our new address. We had several quotes but decided to use FA Removals because of their customer service. Amy and Brie were fantastic on the phone and reassured us throughout a very stressful process. The removal day went so well that we were in our new house by 5 pm. The removal men were efficient, friendly and very hardworking. 5 stars all round

We don't normally review companies but felt compelled to review this company because their service, friendly approach and care for our mother was exceptional. They moved our disabled mother from Kingston to Bath to come and live with us and handled the move expertly. They looked after our mother throughout and made sure her every request was met. On arrival to us in Bath, they spent half an hour getting her room ready for her so she can get settled in before starting to unload the rest of the van. We will be recommending this company to everyone we know

Absolute superb experience with this company. We have used FA Removals several times previously for commercial and storage purposes and they handled all our goods with care. Everything was wrapped and protected while being stored and they have amazing security on site. Very secure indeed and we would not hesitate to recommend this company to other businesses looking to move, store or both.
