Services
Turncircuit was formed in 1987 by Lance Cade as a company originally supplying bespoke roofing products to Marley Building Materials. Over the years the company has grown and used its experience to expand into other markets producing parts and components for a diverse range of industries. In 1991 demand had grown such that new premises were needed to house the equipment and machinery essential to fulfil the requirements of our customers.
We operate two CAD/CAM systems to handle the Programming, Designing and Engineering of our customers' components. These systems have the capability of handling 3D Solid Models, and can produce NC programs for our Mill/Turn Five Axis Lathe, Mill/Turn Centre, Vertical Machining Centres integrated with a 4th axis, and 3D printer.
Turncircuit uses the latest modern precision machines including sliding head and turn mill equipment. These allow the production of a wide range of intricate components in metal and plastic. Our machining centres can be used for milling and turning. They can be programmed both on the control at the machine and / or via our CAD/CAM link system.
Turncircuit Limited supply parts and components worldwide. We manufacture for a variety of industries where precision and quality is of high importance. We are based near London, UK in the South East of England. Our Kent office is close to the Channel Tunnel and ferry routes into Europe as well as being well placed for Heathrow, Gatwick and Stanstead International airports.
Our state of the art digital equipment allows us to produce both small and large production runs as required. Turncircuit will always try and work with your files. We can work with traditional hard copy files or DXF (AutoCAD) drawings. We can also take your drawings and sketches and develop them into digital drawings where required.
