Arlington House is a popular, boutique residential home in the vibrant Warrington suburb of Stockton Heath. We have an enviable local reputation due to our intimate, homely environment, friendly staff and our personal approach to care. Quite simply, we offer all the comforts of home, in a safe and secure setting with round-the-clock support.
The building itself is a real talking point and one of the main reasons why people are attracted to Arlington House. It's an old Victorian manor house that has been stylishly converted into a modern living space with a purpose-built extension.

Services
Choosing a residential home is a big decision. It's not just about the rooms, the location and the facilities; it's about every last detail - from the morning routines and daytime activities, to the food, conversation and friendships that make people feel special. At Arlington House we believe that the emotional, physical and social welfare of our residents are all equally important.
Being a boutique care home gives us many advantages over our competitors as we can offer the personal touch to all parts of our service. Every bedroom in the building is different which means we can cater for everyone's preferences. Some residents prefer a room in the original Victorian building where high ceilings and traditional features are apparent, whereas other residents gravitate towards our more modern rooms in our new extension.
It's no secret that a balanced diet helps to keep our hearts healthy, our brains active and our muscles stronger. Plus, we know the importance of delicious food and how much our residents look forward to their meals. That's why the food and drink we provide at Arlington House is always fresh, tasty and 100% nutritious - with the health of our residents firmly in mind.
One of the reasons we're so popular at Arlington House, is that we go out of our way to employ people who are friendly, approachable and good at their job. Whether it's a helping hand getting dressed, a friendly face at mealtimes or a cup of tea and a chat in the evening, our experienced team of carers and support staff are here to support residents round the clock.
We are always on the lookout for caring and committed individuals to join our team. As a boutique home with just 25 bedrooms, we particularly look for staff members who can build strong personal relationships with residents and who take great pride in delivering exceptional care at all times. In addition to competitive wages, we undertake extensive staff training, pay time and a half on all public holidays and supply complimentary uniforms.

This home gave notice to evicted my mother who had dementia under the excuse they couldn’t meet her needs after two weeks. This was despite all the professionals who assessed her felt they could easily meet her needs and a move would be detrimental to her health. The cqc investigator I spoke to suggested I seek legal advice, however I had no time to do this as they threatened to put her on the street and the council would locate her somewhere, this could be out of the area if nowhere locally was available. This meant had to urgently find somewhere rather than risk that and had no time to engage
