At The Grove we have created luxury dog boarding to a standard that far exceeds the imagination. Situated in the heart of rural Staffordshire, just 1 mile from the picturesque village of Whittington - our luxury dog hotel in Staffordshire has 80 acres of fields and woodland enabling us to vary our on-lead walks, giving our guests the chance to explore something different and stimulating every day.
The Grove offers luxury dog boarding, which has been created to provide an incredibly spacious, light and calm place to stay, with the one-to-one attention and playtime that is so important to every dog. Our suite sizes start at 8ft and go up to 11ft wide, and are 18ft - 22ft long (that's between 3 and 5 times more square footage than is usual in UK boarding kennels).

Services
Two generations of our family live and work here, which provides the highest level of safety and security for our guests. Keith and Annabelle (Rob's parents) live on one side of the kennels, and Rob, with his wife Lindsay, 3 children and pets on the other side. Keith and Rob both have agricultural college qualifications, and have spent over 55 years (between them!) caring for both large and small animals.
Because our philosophy is to create as much of your dog's home environment as possible, we have created rooms which are big and bright, with plenty of space for even the largest dogs to bound around in. All suites are large and peaceful, where our guests can daydream about the games they've played, without being disturbed.
We know that regular human contact and play is very beneficial, so our guests are taken out several times a day, between the hours of 8am and 9pm. Off lead exercise is so important for a dog. Guests here at The Grove can choose to socialise with other dogs, whether it be running, playing chase and making fellow friends or joining in organised games and activities such as frisbee, football or hide the treat and seek with one of our staff.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness
I’ve boarded my French Bulldog here on a few occasions now and she always comes back happy and healthy- the facilities are fantastic and my mind is placed at ease knowing she is having a good time. I’ve found Lindsay to be very professional and the wider team.

Our 4 month old tibetan mastiff stayed here for 4days and loved it. The staff are fantastic and our dog had alot of attention here just like at home. Im so glad we have found a place for our dog to stay when we go on holidays where we can relax knowing he is in good hands and we be a lovely time for him too.
Thank you to all at the grove for giving us a happy safe place to take our pets.

We have been using the Grove for nearly as long as they have been open. What can you say about the kennels, other than they are of an extremely high quality both in structure, but also in the care and love the staff give to your dog's. I have said many times that I have been away from home with work and stayed in worse accomodation. I know both our dogs love going and pull to get in! Nuff said 😀

What an absolutely delightful place this is. We were greeted on arrival by the owner Lindsay. Our romanian rescue dog is nervous around strangers but Lindsay was so calming that our boy was very settled throughout the visit. Lindsay showed us around and took us into the beautiful airy rooms that our dog would be staying in. The room was bright and beautiful with underfloor heating which made it so cosy. Not your typical prison like kennels that so many places seem to be. We then went outside and we were able to see the exercise area and we were encouraged to let our dog off to explore. HE LOVED
