Services
We believe history is essential to our understanding of the development of the modern world. Through enquiry and research, children can connect with real people and real events that have shaped societies and communities, both local and worldwide. Learning is further enriched with visits to places outside school to offer first hand experiences.
Schools are responsible for a significant amount of public expenditure. Every year our financial data is published, and are viewable by schools and members of the public on a national website. This can also be used to compare information between schools, locally and nationally. At Woolston CE Primary School there are no employees of the school who fall into this category.
The primary PE and Sport Premium was introduced to improve the provision of physical education and school sport in primary schools across England. It is provided jointly by the Departments for Education, Health, and Culture, Media and Sport. This means it may only be spent on the provision of PE and sport and must be used to achieve self-sustaining improvement within schools.
At Woolston Church of England Primary School we provide a caring and enriching learning environment, which is inclusive and enables our children to be highly competent in all aspects of their learning.
