I have dealt with Ian, Dan, Barney and the team for over 10 years now and that is a good indication of how I/we feel about them. They installed some quality equipment for us a decade ago which is still going strong (customers are still often amazed that it's not brand new). The lead up to the installation was faultless and stressfree - the installation itself really quick and efficient and the aftercare service (a relationship rather than just a business transaction) terrific. What luck we had finding this company they have given us the personal touch all the way felt like they were the extended family of Little Nannie's Cafe and Sunshine Glade Soft play. Nothing was to big an ask and we are so pleased with the finished product so are the children. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Very unimpressed with this company. Contacted them to help build and install a new play cafe for us. All communication was poor and late. Assured me that it could be installed for Xmas then told me they couldn’t do it as they had taken on bigger jobs. Complained to the MD who at first was apologetic and promised me a call back the following day with an update. He never called me back and has been avoiding my emails ever since. This is no way for a professional company to operate. Luckily I have found another company who have been the complete opposite and are incredibly professional and honest

Having setup our soft play business 5 years ago and used different companies, Tiger play was certainly the best by far.
There customer relations was unbelievable they came out to us to make sure we were happy with every stage of the build.
The design process was easy and they adjusted the design even after i was being a pain and changed my mind several times.(more the wife than me)
The quality of material used for our play frame was exceptional not like some of the stuff other companies used.

We had a bespoke play frame built there ideas and design were AMAZING!! From start to finish they were so helpful with every question, queries and change, nothing was a bother!
All the staff who built our frame were super friendly and accommodating!! Can’t wait to get them back to do our new work!! Would highly recommend them to all!!

5 years ago I enquired with Tigerplay about setting up a soft play, from that moment they assisted and supported me, boosted my confindence and lifted me when the towel would of be thrown and in October we finally opened the doors to Solstice Play - Tigerplay designed and built our stunning bespoke softplay area, provided sound advice when needed and continue to be there when we need anything.
