Great softplay with friendly and helpful staff. Kids love the different parts of Baloo's Softplay. Food is great quality ingredients and excellent price.

An excellent softplay centre with a great range for all the kids from babies upwards. Plenty of seating for the parents with hot and cold refreshments available and decent toilets with baby changing facilities. You and your children won't be disappointed. Of you haven't already, then come and see for yourself. It's a nice break for you and the kids will tire themselves out.

Fabulous morning at Baloos today. Booked a party quite last minute and with weird dietary requirements but Sophie and the team were absoloutely brilliant. Thank you for making our little ones birthday extra memorable.

We had the best laser quest party ever. thank you so much for all the work you did to make it such a special day. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. the staff were so caring through out the session and made us, the parents feel like we were looked after as well as the children. The children said it was the best party they've ever had!

The only negative is that I wish staff would intervene to remove older children from the under 2 play area.

Loud but lovley for kids.
This 2 lever soft play for bigger or smaller kids and delicious food from Caffè.
Alywas we comming back there with pleasure. Highly recommended place.

What a great place to take a child , my neice had lots of fun , made lots of friends and I was happy with the knowledge that she was safe as the play areas were soft , staff were lovely , place was so clean , plus I loved the fact that entrance doors locked and only staff could open them for you

Fantastic soft play centre for kids, great staff there as well. The poor people behind the till were constantly out to close the gate to ensure the childrens safety which i thought was brilliant as the cause was more often than not inconsiderate parents leaving.

What an amazing soft play. Well worth every penny the staff are so friendly and nice. The venue is so clean and colourful wish I lived closer so I could visit more often
