The Bridgewater Menswear
Bridgewater Menswear is a family run business working alongside Ava Rose Hamilton Bridal Couture based in Colne, Lancashire. We specialise in suits for all occasions, whether it be; a wedding, a day at the races or for any man who wants to be suited and booted. At the Bridgewater we also stock a range of gentlemen's attire such as ties and bow ties, cufflinks, shirts, shoes and pocket watches.

We work by appointment only in our showroom, that way we can guarentee a one to one with a consultant to assist you in finding your perfect suit.
Services
We also have a wide range of accessories to compliment your chosen three piece; shirts, shoes, ties, bow ties, pocket squares, braces, belts, cufflinks, tie clips and pocket watches. Visit our showroom and see the latest styles from; Marc Darcy, Torre, Fratelli, Herbie Frogg and Eves & Gray. All our suits are available to buy and range from 200 to 350 with most suits being around the 220 mark.

Not bad if your under age and want to bounce round the dance floor, if your 25+ don't bother.
£2 to get in on a Friday, bar staff are all slow and the door staff are glorified primark security staff.
They line the young girls up on the step who struggle to stand up.
Male toilets have a perfume seller, a young girl is also employed to take your picture and sell it to you as a key ring memory! Surely you don't need to pay to remember this place, it's better to forget!
I wish a large chain or local pub would cater for 25 + market.

I think I am being somewhat generous in even giving this place 2 stars. Yes the decor is ok and the prices are decent but there I run out of positive things to say. I used to go there with my Dad sometimes for lunch and on a good day the food was average. On a bad day . well stock up on the Immodium!! My partner and I went in on a Saturday night, quickly had one drink and left. If you like being in a pub full of under-age girls who giggle and screech then you will LOVE this place!

Having morphed from a Palladium cinema and Somerfield supermarket in it's previous incarnations, this place stands proudly like a lighthouse for the local indigenous drinkers.
A £800,000 investment by the Barracuda group (one of the UK's fastest growing bar operator) that has given the local night-life a facelift since September 2006 when it opened.
Most of you should know what to expect from Barracuda and the Bridgewater is a typical prototype of Varsity bars and Smith & Jones joints, with woody interiors, plenty of sitting space and lots of choice at the bar.
