What we do is simple. How we do it isn't. It's an intricately considered, meticulously developed process, formed over our 50+ years combined experience in the local property market. Carefully crafted, well-written property particulars, highlighting what is important about your property and, just as importantly, your area, whilst cutting out the waffle.
We provide personal, individually tailored lettings services to landlords of good quality properties and to good quality tenants looking for the same. We take the same pride and care in marketing our lettings houses as we do with our sales houses. We believe that with the right approach the commercial interest of the landlord can be easily balanced with the need of tenants to have a good quality home.
Cooke Curtis & Co was established by Sam Cooke and Jamie Curtis in 2015. Having worked as estate agents locally for a very long time and for some of the best-known and most successful Cambridge firms Sam and Jamie were full of experience and knowledge of the Cambridge market, but were becoming increasingly frustrated by the staid, complacent and unimaginative way that estate agency business operated locally.
Our service can cover as much or as little of the planning and build process as you require. We specialise in advising on small and medium size development opportunities in the South Cambridgeshire District Council and Cambridge City Council areas.

Hannah was the best lettings manager one could ask for. She was always readily accessible, knowledgeable, super friendly, and incredibly responsive to any issues or questions that we had regarding our rental property. We recently sold our house in Cambridge with Cooke Curtis and they were absolutely fantastic - I can't recommend them enough. Steve was absolutely brilliant. Unlike any of the other agencies we looked into using, Steve handled all the viewings himself. This meant he met all the prospective buyers and was (a) able to tell them things about the house that were actually informative and useful (unlike most estate agents who have shown us round houses) and (b) able to give us some feedback about them and their situations.
