You may have seen us over the years popping up in shopping centres across the UK with our personalise while you shop service.
We dispatch within orders 1-2 working days and postage can take 3-5 working days, customers usually receive orders within 5 working days. We use tracked delivery with a tracking number sent to the email address you provide when ordering. We cannot accept returns for personalised items, please make sure you double-check your order.

The manager of this stand is extremely rude, abrupt and disrespectful, I have been getting products from this stand for the last number of years. When I was unhappy with the quality of the naming on my stocking I was basically told I could take it or leave it.
I asked her would she just do it again and she refused as she was TOO busy and it would just come out the same. Non existent customer service

Most say The staff is so unprofessional I went to get my daughter a stocking for Christmas and as I came back to get it I could hear the women there talking to another customer about me and how I spelt my daughter's name. You are there to do a job not to comment on how I spell MY child's name it is redickules I will not be back I thought it was so disrespectful

It annoys me how staff are so unprofessional and unpleasant when you pay for an item and get asked to come back in an hour and a half, when that is inconvenient in itself but with a 3 year old running riot it is a lot harder. Then when you call back after sitting in the shopping center they got the date completely wrong!!! There was no apology from this stand I was told 'we cant shut up shop for you, you got your money back' this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be returning to this stand. Customer service is too important to me.
