Hi, I'm Sara-Jane, a professional photographer from Herne Hiil (near Dulwich) in South London, specialising in newborn, baby, child, family and pregnancy photography. My journey began in 2011 when my sister had my nephew Bobby and I started taking pictures of him. Photography had always been a hobby of mine, but I had never thought about doing it professionally until I got such an amazing reaction to my photos from my family.

Sara-Jane delivered lovely quality images, and managed to take a wide variety of pictures with us quickly.
Her approach is informal and friendly, which made us quickly feel at ease in front of the camera, and she directed us nicely to get the photos we were after.
She also made sure she knew what we wanted beforehand to get the most out of it, plus threw in some extra fun ideas.

Sara came to our house two days after we contacted her for a last minute newborn photoshoot! She was calm and relaxed at a time when I was feeling very overwhelmed. She was brilliant with our newborn baby - caring and gentle - and got some brilliant photos. She even managed to get our dog involved!

I booked Sara-Jane of shutterbaby photography after finding her details online. I went by the reviews and I saw her beautiful photos, I definitely made the right choice. She was professional and so good with my daughters, she took some amazing pictures which isn't easy to do with a newborn and a 3yr old. She involved my toddler and made her feel so comfortable, got my Toddler to smile for some cute pics. I loved how swiftly the pics were ready, we got to view them the day after the photo shoot so we could select the ones we liked. I would without a doubt use shutterbaby photography again for more

I would highly recommend Sara-Jane for your baby photos. She made us feel completely at ease and had my one year old daughter smiling and posing in no time. She’s clearly very experienced and knew all the tricks to get the best shots. The photos turned out beautifully and all our friends and family love them too. I will definitely use Sara-Jane again in the future.

I highly recommend Sara-Jane for your newborns photography shoot! She is very professional, friendly, creative and simply amazing! I really didn't want to miss out on capturing my newborns early days especially with the current Pandemic and was very pleased to know that Sara-Jane could come to our home and capture some unique images. This was a bonus for a mum of 2 like me who didn't want the hassle of travelling to a studio! She followed strict safety guidelines by wearing a face mask, regularly hand sanitising and cleaning all props between clients. She transformed my home into a studio like

Sara-Jane is a professional and experienced photographer who did a great job capturing our family photos with a toddler and a newborn. Her advice and guidance during the shoot was helpful in getting the shots we wanted and she managed to do a great job in editing photos taken in our house against the backdrop of uneven wall, making them look like they've been taken in a professional photo studio. Really grateful for her work and would definitely recommend her for family and newborn photos.
