Since 1998 the BIKE-IT team have been providing quality motorcycle rider training. Our instructors are amongst the most experienced around, with cumulatively more experience than any other school in Central Scotland and, of course, we have Driving & Vehicle Standards Agency status as an Approved Training Body.
We offer a very friendly and highly professional service within a relaxed atmosphere. This adds to your enjoyment of the whole training experience. Many of our customers, past and present, will call in for a chat with other riders enabling each to benefit from the others experience. A full range of training is available to enable you to pass your motorcycle test and later to improve your safety and build confidence on the road.

Services
Located away from major routes but easily accessible our school provides a great environment for learner riders to gain confidence before taking to the road. All our staff are approachable and will go out of their way to help in any way they can. You wont be pressurised to leave the confines of the school training ground until you feel ready to ride on the road.
All learner motorcyclists must complete their CBT before riding ANY motorbike or scooter on the road. This means they must hold a certificate DL196. If you already hold a certificate of completion obtained during a previous motorcycle entitlement or when riding a moped. Or if you wish to ride a moped using the full moped entitlement provided by a full car licence.
NOTE If you hold a valid motorcycle theory test certificate, or if you have held your A1 licence for more than 2 years you do not have to re-take your theory test. The module 1 test lasts about 10 minutes and we will teach you how to prepare for this through practice both in our own large training areas and the Driving & Vehicles Standards Agency test off road test centre.

A fab bike school who guided me right from the CBT to Mod 1 & Mod2 all done in one go!! Not only practical test I was guided to book my theory test well in time which helped me in planning me my practical tests. Stevie & Stewart are a dream team! I thoroughly enjoyed bike lessons with good banter :-)

Great experience learning to ride, from CBT through to passing MOD1 & MOD2 first time. Instructors ( Stuart, Stevie & Davie) are first class at what they do.
They don’t just teach you how to pass, they teach you how to ride safe and the necessary skills to adapt to riding conditions, through their knowledge and experience.
Would highly recommend Bike-It for starting your motorcycle journey.
Just turn up with the right gear, a sense of humour and an open-mind and you can’t go wrong!
Thanks again,
Neil

Decided to go with Bike It to upgrade from my A2 licence to full A class.
Having passed my A2 test over 5 years ago in another town, I was looking for refreshers on how to pass the Mod1 and Mod2 tests, and gain local road knowledge.
The guys at Bike It were absolutely brilliant. Very clued up on exactly what I needed to do to upgrade my licence (the legalities can be a bit confusing). They were professional throughout, whilst making me feel comfortable and, most importantly, safe.
They won't take the mick and keep you coming for lessons if you're ready for your test, and are fantastically efficient

Passed my mod 2 today with bike it. With no experience on a motorcycle passed the cbt with davie and then mod 1 and 2 with the brilliant instructors Stuart and stevie. Can't thank them enough with all done in 3 months from start to finish. Great guys with good chat. Appreciate it and will 100% recommend to anyone wanting to train and pass their motorcycle training and tests.

I chose Bike It to do my direct access because it was 5 minutes away from my house. I'd done my cbt a few years ago with another training school which frankly was a shambles and then decided I was doing my direct access because I bought a 1200cc Indian scout bobber as my inspiration to passing and I'm glad bike It was so close to home.
Day 1-CBT (with David)
Turned up nice and early to get started and was instantly offered a cuppa and had a wee chat with David the trainer. I learned more about riding a bike within 5 minutes from David than I had done on a full days cbt at Route 66 training (avoid
