Absolutely appalling service, fobbed off with numerous reasons why they didnt turn up. Fitted a towbar but electrics dont work. They suggested it was a fuse - it wasnt. Waited four weeks for them to come out to fix it, they havent been, book appointments dont turn up. I paid cash for the job too. I know a few people that need tow bars. Definitely will not recommend them. Have asked for a refund. Have just found out the electrics were not connected and two screws were missing. DANGEROUS if i am towing a fully loaded water bowser.

I would give this company zero stars if it was allowed, communication none, customer service none, weeks of trying to get them to fit my bike rack. I would not under any circumstances recommend this company. Appointment agreed, didn't turn up, didn't phone, didn't contact at all - NO RECOMMENDATIONS FROM ME

I had booked four weeks in advance to have a tow bar fitted. This was booked over the telephone, and was later confirmed during a second telephone conversation. However, no fitter arrived to do the job. After making several calls, to which I was assured somebody would call me back (they never did). I sent an email requesting somebody get in touch. I recieved a response telling me I must be wrong because, and i quote "we never get a booking wrong or miss anyone out."
So despite having the date and time confirmed on at least two seprate occasions, I was in the wrong? To me, this highlights the ignorance

Complete utter time wasters, don't wast your time with these people so unprofessional its untrue booked car in early am slot no one turned up, no phone call nothing, rang them gave me an excuse, said they would come on the afternoon, still nothing late afternoon, rang twice would not answer calls, just messaged saying they were busy couldn't talk, said would do another day, full day wasted, booked time of work lost me a days wages also. you have been warned!!!
