It has been a dream to sleep on and has really helped with our aches and pains. The mattress has maintained its shape and quality since we bought it so we would definitely recommend it.

Hi Viewers I cannot fault kelvin clear in providing detailed information about the Massage chair purchased they delivered within 24hours and his technician was quite and very knowledgable in the product ! He had to take the arms off for then to get it through the narrow door way it took almost an hour or so in dismantling and putting it back together ! Thank you very much !

We bought this chair last week after doing a bit of research. The chair was delivered within days as per our convenience and Kelvin arrived on the day with his colleague to install and demo the chair. The chair is a beauty and has a very nice look and feel to it. It comes with a good sized touch screen and you can control the massage programmes from there. It has some pre set programs including music therapies. You can customise your messages focusing on specific areas, decide the type of massage method, speed, intensity et al. It also has a head massage inbuilt which is missing from its competitors

The delivery men where very nice and helpful. The time it took to set up the massage chair was very quick, loved it. The massage chair is great and is very easy to use. The colour of the chair is very nice and also the chair is very useful. When my husband comes home from work he uses it all the time and it is also suitable for kids whicj is amazing.

Good customer service and fast delivery. The mattress (Sasaki magnetic far-infrared health mattress) is comfortable. All my pains and aches on my elbow have subsided in a few days time. I can sleep without waking up during middle of the night and I feel very refreshed every morning after sleeping on the mattress.

Something to look forward to getting home after a long day at work, not the wife, not the kids, is the Massage Chair. The 10 series Ultimate massage chair is amazing, so much of relaxation from top to toe. It is probably one of the best things I have purchased, I am sure we can enjoy it for many years to come. Kelvin was very professional, I didn't feel pressurised by him even though I took my time to make the decision in this purchase. this product is highly recommended. I have also placed an order of the sleep system, I can't wait to add it to our home.

Amazing service from these guys. There were a lot of difficulties getting the massage chair into my flat due to the angles of the stairwell. An issue with the chair was resolved as promised even though it meant them returning to West Wales to do it and almost immediately. Many thanks to Michael and William delivery for a first class service. This is a good company who does what they say they will do and very promptly.

Kelvin made the whole experience of massage chair shopping so easy! I read good reviews of him/Sasaki products and can only say they were not wrong. Kelvin went out of his way to meet us on a Sunday, gave us lots of time to try various models explaining features to help us make a decision. Last week our staff at UCLH received a generous donation of a massage chair from Sasaki. All the staff on the Covid Infectious Diseases Ward would like to thank you for such a generous gift.
