We take a strong approach to Health and Safety requirements and through out our team our staff have qualifications relevant to our work. These qualifications include working in confined spaces and confined space rescue, lifting and rigging both practical and assessment, crane and forklift driving, MEWPS, Asbestos Awareness and Manual Handling.

Fabrication and installation of tanks, bunds, vessels and all other forms of processing equipment. Fabrication and installation of CE marked structural steelwork to BS EN 1090 EXC class 2 in Steel and Stainless Steel. Site installation of all fabricated items including modifications to existing plant and machinery, modifications to pipework and any other services.

Liaison with the client's notified body and provision of any qualifying document or calculations that may be required prior to commencement of any work. We have extensive experience of emergency repairs to pressure vessels, heaters and and other controlled equipment. Third-party approved BSEN ISO 15614 and ASME IX weld procedures to cover most materials, diameters and thicknesses found in processing plants, boilerhouses and power stations.

Preparation work for boilerhouse inspections including removal and refitting of pipework. Removal of welded endcaps off boiler header and superheater manifolds ready for third party inspections and then rewelded in place using our weld procedures and qualified welders. Installation of flash vessels and residual blowdown heat recovery systems and associated pipework.

Welders qualified to BSEN ISO 9606 and ASME IX in most materials, thicknesses and welding positions. Third-party approved BSEN ISO 15614 and ASME IX weld procedures to cover most materials, diameters and thicknesses. Weld procedures and qualified welders for carbon steels, austenitic stainless steels, and creep resistant steels such as 16Mo3, P11, P22 etc.
