All orders placed before 4.30pm are shipped for a next day delivery subject to availability and delivery location. We are able to offer a same day delivery service within the London area on orders placed before 2pm - Please call us on 0845 2600783 for costings. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location, as all deliveries must be signed for.
All our products come with the manufacturers guarantee, usually 2 years but this does vary between product and manufacturer. 99% of our customers receive their order the next day, subject to stock availability, location and courier service used. You will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been processed and a separate e-mail to confirm that it has been dispatched.
