Our food is made from the best ingredients sourced locally from the wonderful profusion of growers and makers on the Welsh borders, from artisan bread to the best seasonal veg. Enjoy a relaxing drink and as much, or as little food as you fancy - We have three rooms for B&B, so you can make a real night of it.

We are trying our hardest to stay open as much as we can and provide a safe social hub for us all. However it's proving tricky with staff which is why our opening hours are reducing again. We will always have tables for walk in diners and drinkers but will also be taking bookings for dinner (2 hour slot) at 4pm, 6pm and 8pm.

Excellent little pub which serves very tasty and filling Tapas (not small portions, so do beware)

Great range of veggie options, could eat on consecutive nights and almost not repeat the same choices. Friendly efficient staff . Oh and splendid cacti.

We visited Hay for the weekend and we were recommended to visit Tomatitos by our B&B host. We are so glad we did! Great atmosphere from the minute we walked through the door. Fantastic service, and delicious food and drink. Add it to your list if visiting Hay!

I am not going to exaggerate. This is honestly and probably the best place to eat for 50 miles around! The food is excellent and the atmosphere is lovely I would give six stars if I could!

Loved it! Really impressive selection of dishes and drinks. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming with a nice blend of locals and tourists. The owner was hilarious and made me laugh the whole time! Favourite spot in Hay.

First time here and didn't disappoint, alot of vegan options for the herbivores too. Very quick and friendly service, all the food was delicious especially the aubergine fries! Good selection of drinks from local breweries too. No pre booking at the moment during covid times so arrive early or enjoy a pint while you wait. Will definitely return soon!

Excellent night out. Sat outside in the pretty garden area as it was a pleasant evening. Nice mix of locals and visitors. Staff were cheerful and helpful despite being extraordinarily busy. Can't wait to go back.

What a gem! The food was amazing. Service was spot on. Good wine, cool beer and wonderful location. So enjoyed my meal. The fried fish with salsa verde was so good. Server made excellent recommendations. I wanted to order a complete second meal because the food was so good. Can't wait to try more!
