We cannot say enough about the professionalism of Great Harwood Windows Ltd we gave them a huge task with our previous badly fitted conservatory, to the point all the window frames and roof needed to be completely replaced. We did have to wait a while but that was down to deliveries of the frames not GHW but my goodness was it worth it. Adam and Cameron stepped way outside of the box and did a stunning job. They were curtious, hard working and even cleaned up, on the first day they dismantled the old conservatory installed all the frames in terrible weather conditions they stayed in the dark fitting

Thank you to Great Harwood Windows Ltd who have recently replaced my outdated conservatory roof with a new roof. I absolutely love it has transformed the room to be used all year round. The installers worked so hard in torrential rain and snow and never complained and the service was five star in explaining what options I had.

We have just had all our doors and windows replaced, followed by our conservatory. What a fantastic job!! Hats off to all the staff who guided us through this large project. The process from start to finish was seamless. The staff were polite and friendly and extremely tidy. Many thanks to all the skilled workman and also Whitney in the office who kept us updated all the way through the project. Ash thankyou for all your help and guidance. My wife and i would like to wish you all the very best for Christmas and we hope you all have a prosperous New Year.

Just had all our windows and a front door installed. I would thoroughly recommend GHW to anyone. It’s not easy to get great customer service these days but these guys have been outstanding. From the initial contact with Liam who was more than happy to answer all our questions through to the survey (which made me feel certain they were going to do a good job as it was much more detailed than others I’ve had at previous properties) then to the fitting. Mark and Andrew were punctual and polite and showed respect for our home whilst fitting our windows. The end result looks fantastic. So happy

Great company to deal with. Excellent communication through-out the process. Professional but also friendly. Happy to have discussion of all options and suggestions from start to finish. I can be difficult to deal with and all of the staff and fitters were extremely helpful and happy to worked hard to give me what I wanted. Highly recommended.
