Rookwood Homes has now formed a joint venture company called Boughtonwood Homes and most of its development work is carried out under the Boughtonwood banner. Boughtonwood is still a privately owned residential development company, specialising in garden plots and small scale sites around Sussex and Surrey, creating homes of exceptional quality and design.
With the benefit of over 30 years experience within the housebuilding industry, Andrew is able to offer a sound development perspective to any planning application or site optimisation. And his consultancy service provides expert guidance to private landowners and builders in the process of identifying and maximising the potential for development on their land.

Always looking for new opportunities, we usually buy sites for between one and ten houses but can also consider larger projects, perhaps with the potential for conversion from commercial to residential use.
