Pelham Planning Associates Ltd is a privately owned, independent town planning, environmental and development consultancy. The practice was originally established in 1998 to give high quality advice on a broad range of property development matters. We work closely with professionals from other sectors of the development industry such as architects, surveyors, engineers, transport planners, ecologists and lawyers to ensure a bespoke solution for your development needs.

The consultancy specialises in planning applications, conservation area applications, listed building consents, environmental impact assessment, planning appeals and planning enforcement matters in both the private and public sectors.We provide advice upon large scale planning applications, including environmental impact assessments, to the small scale householder planning applications.

Geoff Douglass, the founder of Pelham planning Associates Ltd, is a member of the Royal Town planning Institute with 30 years' experience of working within the public and private sector. He joined Guildford Borough Council as a town planner in 1991 having previously worked as an estate agent in the residential, industrial and commercial sectors and as a surveyor in local authority housing.
The practice specialises in the submission of planning applications, listed building applications and applications for conservation area consent. We work with a range of disciplines across the built environment industry to ensure a bespoke solution your development needs. These include architects, surveyors, ecologists, engineers, transport planners, highway engineers, solicitors and barristers.
Pelham planning Associates have worked on numerous projects around the South East of England, representing Developers, Local Authorities, Resident Groups and Associations and Private & Commercial Property Owners. 2006 - On behalf of W S Atkins and the London Borough of Greenwich. 2007 - Major planning appeal into the extension of a mobile home park in Surrey in exchange for the extinguishment of various non-conforming uses in the green belt.
