Seller charged me UK VAT on export to Norway, even though there is no VAT on export to non-EU countries. In addition I was charged £25 for "DHL next day delivery". The package got sent with Royal Mail and arrived after a week, send cost £9.99. I have sent 3 messages to the company without response.

Appalling company!
I purchased a new screen for my Samsung S4 yesterday based on their websites promise of next day delivery and stating at the top of their website ''It is business as usual for us''. Despite paying £7.99 for the shipping and placing my order in the morning well before their 4:30pm cut off time to receive the item the following day, I only received an order confirmation email and the phone screen was never dispatched.
I rang Phone Parts this morning and their customer service was woeful, with the person on the phone blaming COVID and that their website states 3-5 days before
