Running an honest business with quick service. I was quoted for a broken screen. When I arrived the next day to pick up my phone I was shown that the materials had cost as much as the quote and they were only breaking even. Rather than hold my phone ransom for additional money they were upfront about the situation. Can't appreciate this enough

I went there on Saturday to repair my Huawei's lcd screen and have been told to come back to repair it today. The whole thing took around only one hour and then my phone was good to go.
After that, I had some problems with the finger sensor that seemed to not work at all but it was quickly fixed in less than 10 minutes.
The guy who fixed my phone was really polite and helpful.

Had a broken screen (Samsung A70). Called around and Golden Mobiles was the closest to me that offered a very competitive price.
Paid for a deposit so that they could order the replacement and then they messaged me when it arrived (was about a day later).
The fix was super quick and I paid the rest on collection.
However, there was an issue with the calibration that the team acknowledged and fixed (faulty screen) and the final fix was just perfect!
Really really recommended them. Great communication and just all round nice people

This is the second time that I have used Golden Mobiles. The service is fantastic. Genuinely nice, helpful and honest guy. Answers all of your queries really quickly and efficiently. Priced very reasonably and the service is outstanding. I sent my broken mobile through Royal Mail and less than 24 hours later it was fixed and on the way back to me. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate using again. By far the best service!

Not a Golden experience, poor service, poor workmanship and a poor attitude.
Dropped of an Apple Watch with a broken screen on a Monday, told would be ready next day. Went back Tuesday but not ready.
Called Wednesday said they were waiting for adhesive to dry said I could collect Thursday, Thursday I went in again. Showed me that the display was not working correctly and they had a faulty batch. Nothing to to with the adhesive.
Left the watch with them called me following Wednesday to say watch was ready and they would post to me, paid for repair and confirmed by email that payment was genuine
