I had a cut today with Mia for the first time, though I've been coming to the salon for years. Mia was totally focussed and professional, we had a good chat before the cut to make sure we were clear about what I wanted. As someone that struggles with meeting new people and generally being a bit anxious, I felt totally at ease and I'm so happy with how my cut turned out. Would absolutely recommend.

Dear salon customers. I'd like to share my experience with you, so you can make an informed choice before going to The Colour Room in Stockport.
I was charged £254.50 for a full head of highlights and a toner at the sink. I did not have a hair cut. The toner was pink, which is why they charged me for a colour correction. The fact thats its pink is irrelevant, since you would have a purple toner if your going blonde.
I was charged £100 for a colour correction I did not have and I wasn't even happy with the results, which were patchy and uneven.
They would not refund me the £100 extra

Feeling very flat in the run up to Xmas my response to Sean Tetlow's query "what would you like?" was "I don't care, I just want to look different". he took me at my word and the resulting cut, comined with gemma being a wizz on the colour, brought me more compliments than any haircut before. i felt fabulous - worth every penny. Plus the service is amazing.
