Here at the Blue Lagoon Aquatics Centre all of our Koi are handpicked by our highly experienced koi specialist at one of the leading Koi farms. Once the koi have been handpicked by the koi specialist the next step in the selection process is for our resident koi expert with years of training then selects only the finest koi.

Covid ott staff rude wouldn't serve us as 2 in shop my 5 year old granddaughter wanted a fish waited outside 15 mins then still got shouted at to get out

Excellent supplier of pond and pond products and fish of all sizes and colour I have two very large ponds and keep coy carp I've found the staff helpful and professional and very friendly mind you I have been going here for many years. Just shows the longevity of good customer service and quality lasting the test of time.

Visited today ...what a hidden gem for fish keepers ...plenty of pond fish and a good selection of tropicals considering most places are struggling to get stock due to the dreaded covid ..
Large selection of dry goods and very helpful and pleasant staff ... couldn't be happier with the service I received ☺...

Just visited Blue Lagoon Aquatics. We were in the market to expand our collection of fish by buying a new tank to begin cycling. But the over powering smell of mold, filthy tanks and staff complaining put us off.
The livestock tanks were in a poor state of cleanliness and many had multiple dead fish that had clearly been there for a while.
Also, the Siamese fighting fish display looked awful, each fish had maybe a 2 litre enclose (if that) and all fish showed signs of distress. Most had signs of fin disease.
