As a landlord I have rented a property through Fletchers and their predecessors Chards for almost 10 years. The service has been excellent. In particular I'd like to give praise to their property management team who have managed the flat through various tenants in that time. Most recently my contact has been Bridget Kerin. I have enjoyed working with Ava Finlay at Fletchers during the sale of my property; unlike some other agents, she proactively and politely led potential purchasers around my flat, not missing a detail countering all questions professionally and accurately.

I have just started my search from an investment perspective and wanted some advice on what properties would best suit. I met with Ava last week to view some flats which she had recommended due to the great return on the rental yield. She has been great with my search so far and I am currently having my buy to let mortgage arranged and will be back out viewing. Emily Martin helped us secure our new flat and she was brilliant - really candid and clear all the way through. I never felt like I was being rushed or pressured during the process. We recently moved to the area and Emily was our estate agent. The efficiency in getting any queries for pre-moving in arranged and sorted was unreal and she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
