They collected two jumbo Ghana must go from me since last November and I am still waiting to know when to collect the bags. I have now reported them to the Metropolitan and Nigeria police. They have both advised that they will take action if Tonye and Charles fail to deliver the bags as promised.
I suggest that we form a WhatsApp group so that we can chase this case as a group through the appropriate authorities at home and in the UK.

This company is not even worth a 1 star rating.
Fast track Cargo have stolen £10k worth of my equipment which they were meant to deliver to Asaba at the the cost of £2k on the 18/12/2020.
8 months later I have not seen my goods or my refund.
The caused unknown levels loss of income, loss is credibility and reputation to my business.
Please do not business with them and find them before I do.

I have not seen a company that is as bad as this company. communication with client is zero, service delivery is next to nothing. customer service is appalling, besides whatever they tell u in nothing but lies. I will never recommend them to anyone or ever use there service again. my advice to anyone is to run far away from them ( if u want peace of mind)

These people are highly skilled scammers. They strive by stealing people's item when you engage them to cargo your items. I paid £1,040 for charges for my shipment and its over 2yr plus I have not received my items or had my money refunded to me. I have given up on chasing them and so, I am here to warn the general public not to become their next victim.

They do not deserve 1 star. I have shipped cargoes with them more than 8 times and all has been delayed.
The most annoying part is that they will not awnser the phone of call you back. After several days/weeks, they message to give you false hope of delivery date.
Only use them if you are ready to wait. My business reputation has been permanently tarnished because of this company.

The single star I added was just a formal means of posting my review. This so call Fastrax is a dubious company and the reasons why people still fear doing business with a Nigerian owned company. It is either they are not well trained/ oriented in the cargo business just dabble into it or they are trying to play on peoples intelligence by defrauding their client.
I cargo some items to Nigeria worth thousands of pounds and Millions of Naira. The goods was never delivered and they never get back to me with anything positive. They give false hope of estimated delivery date

I don't know how they got 5 star rating but I will share my honest review with you.
It's been over 2 weeks my brother in Lagos drop some parcel to there office,he was told the goods will leave on Tuesday or maximum Friday as they always ship to UK on both days
I rang them a week ago to inquire about it and was told they got the goods and they have already dispatched it, hopefully should be with me on Thursday or Friday.
It's been over 2 week now, still chasing them for my goodsò.They hardly pick there calls which is quite annoying, and they have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE as claimed by some people

I won't say they are dubious. Cos I have dealt with them and none of my things was missing it eventually got to me. But the customer service is zero. Communication is minus hundred I wonder how they remain in business when they don't pick their calls???
The only communication they send to you is your bill.
After that nada, you can call till Thursday kingdom comes and no one bothers to pick up in London, in Lagos sometimes they pick most times they are rude.
OK but the lady in port Harcourt she pocks promptly and never rude.
So am sure all the people giving good reviews are port Harcourt clients

This company was used to send somethings to me. They promised, four days, but its been more than 2 weeks. Its okay if they are facing delays, but those delays should be communicated to us properly. Its wrong to avoid calls and emails, without responding. A simple feedback will help avert a lot of losses, cause my luggage was an emergency. Please pick your calls or respond to emails so we know what happened.

I have used the services of Fastrax Cargo a few times and would consider this a thorough review of their professional services and conduct
They offer good value for money and so far all goods have been promptly delivered with the exception of the Christmas period shipping which took longer than expected and was nearly lost in transit. However, following a few back and forth communication it was traced and expedited to delivery location.
That said, here are a few things that they could do better
1. Communicate expected delays to customers
2. Provide a better response to customer emails and phone
