For the last 15 years, we as a family have used Arab Cargo to send things back to Bahrain from London, after our dedicated shopping sprees and they were always perfect.
Arab Cargo need a praise again this time for sending a printer back to Bahrain, with all its difficulties and I commend Mr. Nidal Aghar for doing his duty above and beyond what is expected, with a cheerful disposition and of course a successful outcome!

I send a parcel to Qatar, they promised it will be there in 2 days by Qatar airlines, unfortunately it took 12 days and they send it by Kuwait airlines, when I contacted them they show me the other face very rude and they lied to me. I don’t recommend them to any one.
It’s a very bad experience I wish I never use them.

If there was less than one star, this is what this company deserves. They have the worst possible customer service I have ever dealt with. They advertised that my shipment would take 4 working days, but took over 2 weeks. During this time, I called them 3 times internationally and every-time they said they would call me back when they didn't. When I became angry and reacted, their customer service team were rude and unhelpful, including the manager, Mohammed, who hung up in my face. They claim to be "professionals" but they don’t know the first thing about dealing with customers. This was the

I have been using Arab cargo company for three years now to ship personal effects by air From the UK to the middle east and North Africa. All I can say is that the service is perfect, I always get my belongings on time to destination and never had any issues with them. The stuff is also very professional and helpful. I definitely recommend their services!

As a company and customer services I give them 5 stars. The reason why I rate 3 stars only is because of the rude and dishonest driver. I used this company a long time ago as I had to move my stuff back to Kuwait. Driver was disrespectful and rude and tried to overcharge me saying that he stuck in traffic long time and the stuff is too many and I have to pay him more because he is alone and he should increase the Handling and collection tariff. Otherwise all services were good my boxes arrived safely in 4 days. Unfortunately won’t ship with them again because of that issue.

Arab Cargo Company is the best shipping company you can find in London. I had to reach out to them literally the day before I was flying to the states and my previous shipping company ghosted me after not showing up from a scheduled pick up time. The team were compassionate with my situation, gave me a great rate to ship my things to New York after buying UK products for all my Haitian relatives. They are amazing!
