Services
Established as Smart Turn Precision Engineering in 1992 from a starter unit and a single CNC centre lathe. Initially producing turned components to a Formula One customer, the company grew rapidly supplying turned and milled components to Formula One, hydraulic and laser industries. The company relocated to larger premises and again in 2005 bought the freehold of a commercial unit in Crick, Northamptonshire, Junction 18 M1.
Smart turn is high performance CNC machining company located in Crick, near Rugby. The company services a diverse range of industries including oil/gas, motorsport, fastener and is embarking on a significant expansion programme with the medical industry. We are offering full-time and part-time positions over 3 shifts, days, lates & night shift, permanent and/or rotating shifts.
Our CNC service is supported by a total of 28 machines. Plant ranging from 1" diameter multi axis bar feeds, sliding head machines, 12" chucking capacity and up to 8" multi axis turning and milling centres. With this extensive range of versatile machinery at our disposal, flexible cell manufacture can be achieved rapidly, enabling high speed delivery with economic benefits to our customers.
For productive, predictable and profitable machining, our horizontal machining centers are the proven solution for globally competitive production. Loaded with the technologies that manufacturers need for efficient production of both ferrous and nonferrous parts, the horizontal machining centers lead the industry in speed, accuracy and reliability.
CNC vertical machining capacity is complemented by a total of 17 machine tools including a number of 3, 4, 5 fully integrated axis and twin pallet machines. With this extensive range of versatile machinery at our disposal, flexible cell manufacture can be achieved rapidly, enabling high speed delivery with economic benefits to our customers.

I've been there for 11 months and let me tell you something. Avoid this place as a customer and a worker. Place run by two brother's older one Sean when he get stressed kick everything around. The younger one Gerard shout at everybody . I've seen female stuff cry because of them.i got a lot of stories about this place and alot of evidence with my solicitor i started collecting them after my second day overthere when Gerard started to shout at me because of HIS mistake and even though he knew I don't know much about industry because I just started.
