Tailor Made Fabrications Ltd, established 2009, is a steel fabrication company based in Greater Manchester. We provide high quality tailor-made metal fabrications from our 7500sq ft. unit in Bradley Fold, Bolton, to the industry in the UK. We also provide GRP fibreglass as an alternative to traditional steel and stainless solutions.
We operate a ISO 9001 quality management control system and are CE accredited for structural steel. All our tradesmen are time served and work under David Payne who has over 30 years of experience in the steel industry. Our tradesmen have the following HSE certifications: CSCS, Confined Spaces, Blue Water and Working at Heights along with all our welders being coded.

We can design access ladders for any situation that may require safe access to your services both internally and externally. We realise that quality, convenience and price are important to our customers and all of our access ladders can be custom designed by us or made to order from your design specifications.
TailorMade Fabrications can provide and fit custom flooring solutions for your requirements. Our flooring is suitable for an array of situations, walkways platforms and structures just being some. Our mild steel open mesh flooring comprises of a series of parallel, flat, load bearing bars at equal spacing.
We construct pipework in our workshop and on site, from chemical work process pipework through to decorative stainless steel we bend, construct and weld bespoke pipe work to the highest standards for applications throughout the UK. We have completed numerous projects for both United Utilities and Thames Water for both potable and waste water sites.
Whether you require a simple solution or something a bit more intricate Tailor Made Fabrications Ltd can provide you with bespoke, made to order stairs, platforms and fire escapes. TMF can design stairs, platforms and fire escapes to suit your particular situation or they can be fabricated to your own design specifications and drawings.
Our core fabrication business is in structural steelwork, utility works, access solutions and domestic gates, railings and balustrades. However, we can more than likely fabricate almost anything you require. From one off brackets to covering plates, steel pallets, car roll cages and trailers, if its steel, it's our business.

TMF designed, manufactured and installed a handrail onto a a wheelchair access ramp at my workplace. From placing the initial enquiry to having the area measured and through to installation TMF have been a pleasure to deal with. The finished product looks great and suits our needs perfectly. I recently contacted TMF , to fit a pair of handrails for an elderly friend. They were absolutely brilliant . The handrails were of exceptional quality, the fitters arrived exactly at the time arranged and carried out the work to a really high standard. I would have no hesitation about recommending this company to anyone wishing to purchase any wrought ironwork. First class service and the elderly friend was delighted with the result.

Brewery installation
THE worst customer service i will probably experience in my life. We struggled to get hold of them on the phone after receiving our money. The installation was 2 months behind schedule even though we gave them a 50% deposit 4 months ahead of schedule.They then called and demanded the remaining amount of money before installation otherwise they won't come and install the brewery. They clearly built the brewery within a week. The kit arrived 4 days late again from the second promised date in a awful state. We had to repaint the cladding and buff all the steel up again. The

Lost a weeks wages because they delayed my employment and then last thing on Friday night. tell me I'm working in Liverpool, even though it was discussed at the interview I was going to be based in the workshop because my wife is pregnant. I left a job in Manchester to work for them in Bolton. I feel completely let down. I will never trust this company again. if your looking for a job I would stay well clear they promised me the earth.
