Our large wood burner was already in situ and it would have been a massive job to move it. I rang them for advice and to explain what I needed, they made us a chimney plate in two halves from a diagram that I emailed them. Plate arrived a few days later and was a perfect fit. Great Work! The owner of the business was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, I needed a number of items at very short notice, he had all the items in stock and made some minor adjustments.He even stayed open later for me.
