Purchasing a new or even a reconditioned Stairlift is a major investment and there are many aspects to consider before going ahead. I can't fault this company at all. Great service , very caring to my fathers needs as he has cancer and was stuck up stairs for 3 weeks. He's now down stairs and his mental health & well being has greatly improved no thanks to John for fitting the stair lift. And price wise is brilliant. I wouldn't recommend going with a big company as this company was so much friendlier and gave a personal service. Thank you so very very much. Top man !! Ps no hard sale either.

David Quince was very helpful and pro active in arranging a scooter for my 95 year old father. He went the extra mile to provide the scooter we had selected for him and even loaned us another scooter FOC until the new machine was delivered. He is very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice.

Having used Newbury Mobility previously it was a no brainer to use them again. Booked a service and fit new batteries, James the engineer came out on time and serviced the Stairlift, fitted new batteries in a very efficient manner, , he couldnt have been any more Polite and knowledgable, very well pleased with service I will use Newbury Mobility again and again.

As my wife has had an accident which damaged both knees she has to have straight legs all the time. I explained the problem to Newbury Mobility and they came up with the perfect solution. The lift ordered came in double-quick time and the fitting team couldn't have been more helpful in setting up the device and making sure my wife was comfortable with it's operation. Nice job!!

I am delighted with my reasonably priced secondhand stairlift. James the engineer was very methodical, friendly and efficient. He carefully explained procedures. My Mums mobility scooter required repair and a couple of new batteries. Newbury Mobility quoted a good price to collect and establish the fault. The fault identified was repaired and included within this price which was not expected!
From my perspective, we received great service and was kept up to date regularly with the progress, the price was appropriate for the work undertaken, the scooter now works and I have a happy Mum. .
I would definitely recommend them as a firm and will make sure we use them again for any future needs.

Having had poor service from the original supplier of our stairlift, we decided to find an alternative company to fix the remote controls on my Mum's stairlift. We contacted a number of suppliers and decided to go with Newbury Mobility, due to the combination of their reasonable call out charge and good customer service over the phone. The engineer, James, arrived when he said he would and couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did he fix and thoroughly test the remote controls, he also checked the track and cleaned the rollers at no extra charge. We will definitely use Newbury Mobility again
