Established in 2005, Harmony Music School has worked hard to become Sheffield's most recommended, independent music school. In the last 15 years we have taught over 5000 students in our studios, online and in schools and classrooms with two branches in Sheffield at Ecclesfield and Broomhill. We are committed to providing a high level of music education, whether it be one to one lessons in our school, online lessons, courses and classes.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we strive to improve our services by reinvesting all the profits from the business back into the school. We run and fund a variety of music education programmes, including providing scholarships for children who wouldn't ordinarily be able to access music education, supporting local schools with free music workshops, and volunteering for various organisations and charities.

Here you can find out what Team Harmony have been up to and how we have all been feeling throughout the pandemic, the ups and the downs and everything in between. The shared experience will be one that I am sure we will all be talking about in years to come and we will all have things that stand out to us.
We have worked with Joe Bonamassa's team for over a decade and we have funded Guitar Scholarships in his name for 11 years. Harmony Music School is delighted to have American Rock Blues legend Joe Bonamassa as its Patron. 2020 was Bonamassa's 30th year as a professional musician, an extraordinary timeline for a young artist.
Dean Andrews (Life of Mars, Ashes to Ashes) is a great friend of the school. A well known actor, Dean is also a brilliant performer. He spent many of years when he was younger singing in the clubs and during that time he performed with our very own 'Aubrey'.

For those of you who don't know, Dean is from Rotherham, he grew up in a musical household with both parents working as professional singers, unsurprisingly Dean got the show biz bug early on.Dean's career started with his love of musical theatre and he appeared in several productions with Phoenix Players in Yorkshire.
We understand that you might have some questions before getting started and we hope that you find the answers you are looking for here. If there is anything else that we can help you with or something not covered just get in touch. We look forward to hearing from you soon. We have worked hard to ensure we were able to meet Government guidelines & are safely able to provide face to face lessons.
I booked my son on to a summer holiday deal and by chance decided to freshen up my music skills to. Teddy was learning drums and is only 5 years old: the teachers are patient, knowledgeable and talented. Would definitely recommend so much so I have bought my niece a voucher for a music lesson to. I went in with the intention of brushing up on the ukulele & have a new found confidence in my ability.
