Empire Martial Arts & Boxing is a bespoke fitness training studio that is located on the A38 in-between Coombe Hill and Tewkesbury. We are not very far from either Cheltenham or Gloucester, in the county of Gloucestershire. We are able to offer a team of very experienced and internationally recognized men and women from the world of Martial Arts, comprising experts from the fields of Taekwon-do, Boxing and Kickboxing.

Services
We have various Taekwon-do, Kickboxing, Boxing and fitness classes covering different days of the week to suit all abilities. If you do not find what you are looking for then please get in touch as we are always open to discussion. Note: Try to turn up about 10 or 15 minutes earlier to give yourself time to get changed if needed and to prepare yourself for your training session both physically and mentally.
Whilst we cater as much as possible to your fitness requirements and aim to help you to achieve your training goals, we also recognise that everyone is different and as such each individuals progression is that, individual.
Should the need arise to take things at a slightly different angle or pace (for example, you may want Kids or Family classes rather than classes mixed with Adults) or potentially you may want to try something else that we do not currently offer, then we are affiliated with and can highly recommend any of the following clubs/schools and businesses.Had a great workout and now need to relax and revitalise those muscles?

It doesn't matter if you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned professional, we will have a class that works for you. Under the guidance of our head coach, Martin Paradine, our team of Boxing instructors will get your fitness fighting ready, even if you are not interested in fighting at all! We also have one-2-one sessions and personal training opportunities available so please get in touch.
In a typical Kickboxing class at Empire Martial Arts, participants will learn to use both the upper and lower body to punch, use kicking techniques, blocking, and combinations with punch bags, kick bags and free standing bags, known as BOBS, combined with partner work.
When performed as a fitness and weight loss program, Kickboxing can provide a full-body workout that can improve fitness, co-ordination, muscle toning, self confidence and weight loss.In addition, regularly performing a Kickboxing exercise routine works all major muscle groups in a fun and energetic way and improves balance, coordination, flexibility and self-confidence.
