So I was really craving a pizza close to where I live. I read the reviews for Cacciari’s Restaurant and decided to chance it. The pizzas my friend and I had were good - not great but good enough. The service was friendly and attentive. The ambience was pleasant. What was a shocking disappointment was the bill - £76 for two pizzas, a carafe of white wine and a bottle of still water. I’ve recently returned from Florence (I travel there regularly) and the best pizza for the same order at an upscale pizzeria there would typically be half the cost. I like pizza but not at this price. I will not

First of we had a wobbly table which was a nightmare to deal with, the water we received was in a bottle that looked like the edges had mould oround it (very unhygienic). mocktail was dreadfull tasted like it was pineapple juice out of a carton.
Tagatelli Speghetti tasted like school dinners , bland and flavourless. Pizza was mediocre at best.
Over all, not bad people or service. But the food and drink was genuinely atrocious. Definitely needs to be looked into as the restaurant looked really elegant and had a nice vibe about it but whatever came out the kitchen and to our table was extremely

Poor service, small overpriced portions and mean attitude. It was a friend's birthday and they got the order wrong several times with no apology. When the correct order arrived, the portion was half its usual size. They were actively hostile when we asked if we could have something taken off the price or at least a free dessert given that it's standard to offer this during a birthday in pretty much all decent restaurants, especially when the service has been so poor - but they proceeded to charge us for it.

My best friend came to visit me from Los Angeles, and we had an amazing experience at Cacciari's! I live about three minutes from this restaurant, but I've never had the opportunity to try it! I'm so glad that we did! Their pasta is extremely authentic, fresh and delicious. We ordered a burrata with a fresh salad, and it was absolutely delicious. It's obvious that they use extremely fresh ingredients. The price is affordable. The restaurant is small, but very cozy. The service is also extraordinary. Mostly, the food was lovely! I highly suggest this restaurant.

Was visiting London and staying in the Knights Bridge area for a few days and came across this lovely place. The restaurant Is right across from the South Kensington train station , so it made it very convenient to grab a bite. I had the Lasagna and was very happy with the selection! It was a great size for what I was craving and tasted fabulous !

Thankfully this restaurant was open on Christmas Day! It was our first international trip, spending Christmas in London. What we didn't know was that all transit besides cabs were shut down on Christmas Day, and we had to switch some reservations around as Cacciari's was (barely) within walking distance of our hotel.
While a bit pricey at £50 per person (understandably so on Christmas), we felt like we got our money's worth. From the starters served on a wooden board (eggplant parmesan, burrata, etc.) to the choice of entrees (we went with beef/steak) and the desert sampler--the

Got the wrong house wine and server insisted i got the right one. Food doesn't show up after 30 mins while people are seated and served around me. I asked about the food and the salad was rush delivered followed by the pasta bolognes that was flavorless. The server removed fr my bill but the whole experience was a waste of time and calories.

Great service and authentic Italian food. Whenever we meet up with our Italian friends we always go here. The food is great and after almost 2 years we realised that they have redecorated the place. We always order small Italian bread and cheese and stuff (can't remember full name) and always enjoy them. Highly recommended. Service is very child friendly and prompt

Had a great night here! We were visiting from New York and staying right off of Old Brompton Road, and needed an easy place for dinner. After about a 20 minute wait, we were seated. The service was lovely and the food was very tasty. Nice atmosphere, and we were very happy with the prices. Would definitely return!

Amazing genuine Italian homemade pasta with robust flavours! As we were visiting the Natural History Museum, I looked to Yelp for good hearty lunch options that would take a booking for 10 people. Not one single person was disappointed! We all ordered pasta and it was amazing! The waiters were friendly and looked to be enjoying the lunch rush. Although the restaurant was packed, it didn't take long for our food to arrive. We were really impressed with the flavours and the textures of the fresh, flavoured pasta, including rich carbonara, tagliatelle with beef fillet and cherry tomatoes, strozzapretti

During our week long visit, we came across this restaurant and fell so very inlove! What we didn't know was that there were actually two of these spots and they were just a tad different. This one was good, but the other one was way better in mine and my husbands opinion. The service was amazing, they sat us even without a reservation (that was amazing) but we mainly went back to enjoy great food on our last day in London (the Carbonara & Pizza) The Carbonara was just okay & they didn't have pizza. Like I said we didn't realize they had two locations with different menus

Phenomenal. Our hotel recommended this place, which was a ~10 min walk from Cromwell Rd (Marriott Kensington). Stellar food, wine and service. A nice comfortable restaurant as well.
Home-made pasta, fresh cold cuts, great fried squid, delicious bread, and the mains were awesome. Highly recommend the bolognese and the tagliatelle, and then there is a spinach pasta dish but I forget what it was called. Some folks around us were eating pizzas that came right out of the wood-fired oven. Two of us ate four mains between us!
Will definitely be back. Highly recommended if you're staying

The best coffee in London. Flat white. Espresso. Such friendly Italian staff.
And when you go anywhere after your coffee here, for another coffee, you appreciate Cacciari's even more.
The best scrambled eggs here too - they are not made from some pretend egg powder mix like 99% of London hotel breakfasts, they are actual eggs.
Thank you :-)

Disclaimer- I've been to Pembroke Road branch of this two restaurant chain, so my review is for there, not Old Brompton Road.
I work in Earl's Court. There's not much around these parts apart from a huge Tesco. Cacciari's represents the beacon of good coffee and friendly service in an area not hugely celebrated for independent businesses.
I've only ever visited for lunch or a coffee and both have been excellent. The sandwiches they offer at lunch (weirdly not on the online menu) are brilliant value- delicious doughy foccacia filled with all kinds of treats from spicy
