Axon Physio in Billericay provides effective physiotherapy treatments for back and neck pain, sports injuries and all other conditions. Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession concerned with human function and movement, treating and preventing injuries by natural means. The aim is to help alleviate pain, restore normal movement and function by speeding up the healing process, and help return the body to its usual balanced state.
All Pilates classes at Axon are taught by Chartered Physiotherapists who are also APPI trained. You will have the benefit of their experience and expertise to modify exercises according to your personal ability. Pilates movements help to strengthen the core postural muscles providing increased stability and balance by emphasising awareness of breathing and alignment of the spine.
