Adam is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been in the profession since 2004. He joined Burrows Scarborough as a partner at the start of 2013 after being a partner in another local accountancy firm. Adam looks after businesses both large and small and has a keen focus on tax planning. He enjoys watching films and TV and listening to music.
Burrows Scarborough and Harwoods' Coventry office originates from a practice established in Warwickshire in 1976 by Gordon Scarborough. The Harwoods Sutton Coldfield office has been servicing clients in Sutton since 1988, when it was established by Richard Harwood.

We prepare the accounts and corporation tax returns for limited companies from a wide range of industries, with turnovers ranging from 1 to 100 million. When preparing your accounts, we advise you of the presentation options e.g. FRS102, FRS102(1A) and FRS105), ensuring you are fully aware of regulatory and public filing requirements & options.
If you don't tell HMRC about any Capital Gains Tax within 30 days of completion, you may be sent a penalty as well as having to pay interest on what you owe. Amend reports within a 12 months period for any later variances effecting the CGT rates of tax. Completion and submission of a subsequent Self Assessment tax return with full disclosure of the Real time CGT payment.
