Situated only a few miles from Crockerton House, Longleat is a great day out for the whole family. Experience the thrill of seeing lions and tigers close up and enjoy the other animals in the park. The world-famous landscape garden has at its centrepiece a magnificent lake reflecting classical temples, mystical grottoes, and rare and exotic trees, and offers a day of fresh air and discovery.
Thanks for our fabulous week, we've enjoyed our stay so much. We looked out for 'doggy friendly' venues and particularly enjoyed walking around: Old Sarum, Westbury White Horse, Old Wardour Castle. Our best break in a while! Thank you very much. The Old Stable has been a quiet and comfortable base for a week of walking and visiting new places.
