My wife got 2 tickets after parking in disabled parking area and displaying her mother's blue badge when taking her severly parkinsons suffering mother for an eye test......we have challenged it only to be refused and now they are sending threatening letters about legal matters, advice online says PCN (parking charge notice) is only an invoice and… not a legal charge, these companies usually can't afford to take the legal proceedings due to the cost of these however if it went this far then they have a case with private land....my question out there is what are the innocent people doing

Disgusting customer service with regards to the car parking. Recently fined £100 although I was told by a member of staff that the machines were out of order! Have always paid in the past. I was then informed… that my appeal was rejected? keep clear as you cannot rely on their poor systems and management of issues when they arise. Good look getting a penny out of me..

Visited here unusually driving my husbands car. 2 small children in tow and rushing to make an appointment I typed in the wrong (my own) registration number in when buying the ticket. Fined £60. Thought it was… a simple mistake so wrote to explain the error. Fine increased to £100 simply for trying to contest. What a horrid money-grabbing company control this carpark. Won't make the mistake of visiting here again. Can't think why the high streets are losing out.

I would just like to warn shoppers to consider seriously whether to park at the Centre. My wife parked in the car park on the 11th April and purchased a parking ticket. Nearly three weeks later she received a Parking Charge Notice from a company called Vehicle Control Services for £100 which would be reduced to £60 if it was paid within 14 days for… not purchasing a ticket. My wife had not kept the ticket, who would for three weeks?
She appealed explaining she had purchased a ticket, this appeal was rejected and we have been hassled for payment ever since. We have now received

Dont ever park your car in the Deiniol Shopping Centre's car park, as if the car park machine is showing 'NOT IN USE', in which you obviously cant pay in that case!!, when you eventually leave the car park be ready to receive a parking penalty notice from a 'Vehicle Control' group within about 3 weeks after, who will issue you with a parking… penalty of £60 if you pay within 14 days or pay £100 if over the 14 days!!...Bearing in mind its their fault their machine isnt working and not in use, its 60p to park their for an hour!! ...Lucky for me i took a picture of the shopping
