Fairhill Shopping Centre

Awful. Full of people without masks and no social distancing. One of thr worst places I have seen since the pandemic started. Staff completely disinterested in protecting customers.

Excellent choice. Great staff and shops. Maybe empty units filled and a big thanks to Wayne, Jim and Connor security. Always friendly and helpful

Amazing place plenty of shops and some places to eat all the staff are fantastic and very helpful. I hadn't been in Ballymena for a long time. I won't be leaving it as long next time

Plenty of shops, for food,phones shoes clothes , you name it ,they will have it,loads of parking,good day out,try it 😀

Good store for choice, plenty on offer for adults and children. Spacious, helpful and lots of sizes, unlike some other stores. Well run, outfitted and supplied. Split levels so his and her shopping. Plenty of changing rooms. Very good store, one of the best river islands I've visited.

Convenient parking which was not expensive. Bright and clean but noticed that many shops have closed which is disappointing. Maybe cheaper rent and rates would temp the return of some traders.

Not many stores I'd shop at here so personally not somewhere I'd rush to but the parking, selection of stores and tidiness of the centre is excellent

The management of the center and individual stores/eateries must do more to ensure Covid rules are followed .today's visit spoiled by non mask wearing individuals who just don't care especially in Mand S coffee area where people hang over the barrier between the coffee shop and the store - they talked and laughed without wearing masks and paid no respect to those seated at coffee or what ever - GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER AND DON'T BE SHEEPISH ABOUT ASKING PEOPLE TO OBEY THE ADVICE/RULES THUS SPOILING IT FOR OTHERS THAT DO FOLLOW THE ADVICE !!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I were shopping in Fairhill today. We live in Lisburn but we both prefer shopping in Ballymena which has such a wide choice of shops. Fairhill is very clean, staff are friendly and the toilets… were spotless. We waited for a few minutes while they were being cleaned and we were very impressed with the level of cleanliness when the cleaner had finished and allowed us to enter. I'd give Fairhill 10/10.

Very lovely place to visit but Seen security scold teens for smoking outside but lets others do it all the time. Not Pleased

What a wonderful experience myself and family had at your Santa Sunday. Lovely elves singing and a wonderful Santa who my daughter is now convinced is Def the real Santa! What a lovely set up u have there and all for free fantastic other centres shud take note!well done

Very nice shopping mall, spoilt for me by the fact that I took my mother in law who is disabled and has a Blue Badge, but we were unable to find a disabled space as they were all full, unfortunately some without Blue Badges. If you park without a ticket you soon get done, but nobody seems to care about tackling the anti-social morons who indulge in this practice?
