Services
Anesco's incredible journey began in 2010, when the UK's renewables market was in its infancy. Less than a year after being incorporated, we had constructed the largest solar farm in Dorset. And by 2017 we had made history again by constructing the UK's first subsidy-free solar farm.
Hailed as industry pioneers and with many high-profile projects and industry firsts under our belt, Anesco remains an industry-leader in the field of solar and energy storage. We have also grown to become one of the largest providers of energy efficiency services under the governments ECO (Energy Company Obligation) scheme.

It provides an answer to one of the biggest challenges faced by renewable generators - the intermittent nature of such technologies - offering a way to capture clean energy and balance energy generation against demand.National Grid highlights energy storage as a key growth area and estimates that as much as 30GW installed capacity could be required by 2050.

I had to contact Anesco for a second time, after some doves set up home under the solar panels. As before, they offered a solution and arranged for the birds to be coaxed out and netting to be placed over the panels. It's so refreshing to get a willing response without having to spend hours chasing up.

Anesco as a company was an absolute nightmare to deal with ☹️ Really hard to contact and when I finally did no one knew anything drove me to distraction 😡 fortunately I eventually managed to get hold of a young lady in their legal department named Rebecca. She could not have been more helpful 😀 she answered e mails when she said she would, was knowledgeable and also returned calls when she said she would. I cannot praise this young lady enough I believe the situation we had, which took over a year to eventually sort out, would probably have taken twice as long. This young lady is an asset

We would like to thank Rebecca from the Legal Team for all her hard work in helping us to purchase our rented solar panels from Homesun. Any queries she has kindly answered & resolved any problems we have had. We have contacted all the relevant people now & the paperwork sent off so hopefully all will be completed shortly.
Special thanks to Rebecca for enabling us to do all this in these unprecedented times.

Anesco now look after the solar panels installed on my roof. Now installed 9 years with no problems. I simply keep taking as much free electric as I can, what's not to like ?
Recently I have reached out to them regarding the Roof Lease Contract and they have been very supportive and responsive. Provided me with all the information, paperwork and guide so that if I do move house I am fully informed on the steps to take.
Big thanks and credit to Rebecca who has supported me.

Firstly, we MUST realise that mistakes now and again, are going to happen.
It’s how these mistakes are dealt with which are important.
My problems started in January 2020. The company engineer, diagnosed a faulty part, and removed it, to be sent for repair.
I heard nothing more until, in April, so I contacted the company to get an update.
I received a letter on the 6th of April, and we were promised an appointment to refit the repaired part, on the 23rd of July. Due to this promised date, I changed my holiday arrangements, so that I could be at home for the appointment.

This company charged me £162 for an energy assessment with the promise that they will be able to carry out discounted insulation work at my property under a government scheme. The work was never carried due to Anesco's inability to fulfill the criteria, furthermore, it turned out that the energy assessment i was charged for, was not even necessary for the application made at the time. They refused to refund me. Rip off!

My roof started leaking under the solar panels. Engineer Dean, who was fortunately in the neighbourhood was with me in around an hour and found missing tiles. Within two days the work was authorised and the scaffolding erected one or two days later.
Through no fault of Anesco scheduling the work took longer than expected but the original date fixed was brought forward by some 10 days when other work was postponed, for which I was very grateful, considering the damage that was occurring to the a bedroom wall every time it rained.
The work was completed quickly by Dean and roof tiler, Luke, who

Had problems with a leaking roof following fitment of solar panels by another provider.
Scaffolding put up and later taken down by a couple of young guys who knew exactly what they were doing.
Luke and Graham from Anesco came and spent most of a very wet day on our roof, removing solar panels, replacing roof tiles which had broken and filing them down where appropriate. A very professional job undertaken by two friendly and cheerful guys in difficult conditions.
Very happy with the work done by Anesco people in their office and on the roof.
